Get your breakdown
Within 48 hours: your written breakdown plus a voiceover video — strengths first, the #1 fix, and this week's drills.
How to film — it takes 2 minutes
Good video makes for great feedback. Bright light and the whole body in frame are the big ones. Pitching angles first, then hitting.
Pitching — send 3 clips
Side view
Phone on the open side (glove side), 10–12 feet away, waist height, full body in frame the whole delivery. 3 pitches.
Front view
Behind the catcher or behind a net, straight on. 3 pitches. Shows direction and front-side action.
Slow motion
Same side view, slow-mo if your phone has it. 2 pitches. This is gold for release and finish.
Hitting — send 3 clips
Open side
Across from the batter (pitcher's-view side), full body + bat in frame. 3 swings off a tee or front toss.
Behind
Behind the catcher position — shows bat path and direction. 3 swings.
Slow motion
Open side, slow-mo. 2 swings.
Do
- Film outside or with the lights on — bright
- Hold the phone sideways (landscape)
- Whole body in frame, head to feet
- Use a tripod, bucket, or fence to keep it still
- Send the original file, not a screen recording
Don't
- Film from the stands through a fence at a game
- Zoom in — move closer instead
- Send 1 pitch or swing and hope. Send 3.
- Film in a dark garage
Questions parents ask
What ages do you work with?
Players ages 8–16, for pitching, hitting, or both.
How long until I get the breakdown?
Within 48 hours of clear, usable video. Season Pass families get priority 24-hour turnaround.
What do I actually receive?
A 1-page written breakdown — what's working, your #1 fix in plain English, why it matters, and 2 drills for the week — plus a 3–5 minute voiceover video walking through your player's clips in slow motion, pausing at each phase.
What if my video isn't clear enough?
We'll let you know within a few hours and tell you exactly what to re-film — no charge. Your 48 hours starts once the video is clear.
What's the difference between the plans?
The Single Breakdown ($49) is one video set with a full breakdown. The 4-Week Fix ($149) adds weekly re-films and check-ins for 4 weeks with a before/after comparison. The Season Pass ($299.99) covers 2 breakdowns per month for 4 months, plus a pre-tryout tune-up and mid-season slump check.
What if plans change?
If we can't work with your video, we'll tell you quickly and refund you in full. If your player gets injured or the season ends, remaining 4-Week Fix weeks can pause or transfer to a sibling.
