Good video = better report. Keep it simple:
- Phone settings: 1080p at 60 fps. Slo-mo off unless we ask. Wipe the lens.
- Side view first (most important): Phone on the open side, 10–12 ft away, waist height. Full body in frame the whole delivery. Film 3 pitches.
- Behind view (optional but great): Directly behind the catcher / net, same distance. 2 more pitches.
- Keep it steady: Tripod, bucket, or fence clip. Don’t follow the ball — keep the pitcher centered.
- Light: Sun at your back if outside. Avoid filming into bright light.

- Side view first: Open side (batter’s front shoulder side), 10–12 ft away, waist height. Full swing in frame. 3–5 swings.
- Front view (optional): Face-on from in front of the plate (behind a net/screen for safety). 2–3 swings.

- Steady & bright: Tripod/bucket, sun at your back.
